The 412 Cab dining chair by Cassina was designed by Mario Bellini in 1977 and now forms part of New Yorks permanent collection at the MoMA. The main body structure of the Cab is constructed from tubular steel over which a leather cover is stretched. All seams are stitched and the cover is held securely to the body using four zips.
